I remember when I was younger my Mom had a salt water fish tank and I did not think anything of it. Then When I was 20 My friend Logan (RIP) Had one with lots of beautiful fish and live coral and such.
I was think about doing one my self. How hard is it to start one up and does it cost alot? I really don't know anything about them cept I like looking at them!!

We had one in our biology class, I loved looking at the fish during class, probably why I got a C in there, anyway, I think a lot of work goes into obtaining the fish but I think once you have it going it pretty much maintains itself. I'm sure living in Florida you'll be able to find some beautiful fish.

I have never had a salt water tank, but have always loved them. Right now we have several freshwater tanks set up and are hoping to possibly get into saltwater in the future.
I know that the fish are more expensive than freshwater ones here, but that might differ depending where you live.
