Get some rest and be your best. Don't let anybody take away "the right to rest" from you. Sleep tight, cover in the bed right and don't let the bed bugs bite. What do you say or think about this poetic theoretical inspirational phrase? How can you elaborate or emphasize this poetic phrase?

I think this is so true, we need as much rest as we can get to be able to cope up with what life shots at us...
