Is the office life dragging on and making you fee fatigued alot? I have heard alot of my friends complain about how stressful it is to work an office job just as much as a physical labor job.
What kind of things do you do at the end of the day to decompress? I would do some yoga my self I find it helpful in any situation.

When I worked in an office I would make sure I had at least 30 minutes to decompress, even if it was just the drive home. I tried not to bring my work home but sometimes you need to vent to somebody besides the people who will just agree with about how bad it is. Yoga is good and so is just listening to some music, it can easy listening or some hard rock, whatever can take your mood away and get you back to your original self.

My husband listens to music. He told me he likes to listen to soft jazz and flip on the seat warmer to heat up his back muscles as he drives home from work.

Time at the office can do both: drag on or fly so quickly do don't have the time to sit down and relax. I think I prefer it best when the time flies, because I like knowing that I'm busy and I'm not wasting my time. When the time is dragging on, it usually means I have some time in between various tasks. I try to stay productive (like f.e. replying to few discussions on mylot, or doing some personal research and stuff), but I noticed that if a day drags on, I tend to be more tired after I'm done working.
