Affiliate marketing: Any idea?

I have heard a lot about affiliate marketing. I was told by some friends that people can earn good amount through affiliate marketing. However, I do not have clear idea about this way of earning. Is anyone here earning through affiliate marketing? Can we earn without investing money and just working on it? Please share your knowledge and experience here.

Yes you can earn on it but it will take about an hour of your time everyday. However, you will not have to invest one red cent out of pocket.

The owner and staff do not have the man power as of yet to expand outside the U.S. That takes a lot of work. Part of their long range plan is to do so but not at the moment.
