Best Android Phone?

Friends, which u think is the best Android phone in market which has full features and yet cheap in price,, please suggest me some good phone.. i am planning to buy a new mobile phone next month. thank you!

I just got a motorola milestone XT720
huge touchscreen,
quick internet browsing,
and lots of other cool features.
I can't say that it's the best
but its the best for me.
