You can hit the ! sign next to one of your double posts, and explain to the admins what happened. This is the way you can ask for one of your posts to be deleted. You can use the same ! for a discussion you started or for a photo you uploaded into myLot.

You will have to wait a little. I did posted a discussion twice some time, and I asked the admin to delete one of them. The notification for the deletion came from the admin no earlier than the next day. So be patient, nothing wrong is going to happen to you. Accidents may happen to anybody.

Hello kai,
That is not uncommon over here. You can simply ignore it. Nothing is going to happen, it is understood that some users face connection problems and the same thing gets posted twice, so just chill. 
Just take care that it doesn't happen too often otherwise the mylot patrol would hover around.
