I'm talking about the Finnegan- Johnson bout! Now I hear they will be suspensions and fines! As a hockey fan , this looked normal to me. I must confess I love a goods hockey fight and they are used not only to clear the air and make sure there are no dirty plays but it can also be a chess move. If a enforcer can get a player that is a better player to fight and they Both get off the ice, the enforcer's team has won that battle . While the player is out his team maybe able to score and win! But this is hockey . And since they want to take out All the hits this season, how long do you think these warriors will be out? 2 games? The rest of the season? Your thoughts.

It was definitely not hockey. Although it would be fun to see those two do that fight on the ice!
Don't know much about this Finnigan, but when I did saw the replay, and the events that lead to that fight, he does look like a bully.

It was fun to watch I am glad that they just recieved a fine instead of a suspension. They can pay their fine of 25,000 apiece and keep on playing. Probably just got caught up in the intensity of the game. Let em at it!!!

No sense in extra time off. They were both involved and they both had to leave.

They won't be suspended but they are each being fined $25,000 by the League. It's not unusual for the NFL to simply fine players instead of suspending them because there aren't that many altercations in football and vital players missing even one game can ruin a season.

After seeing the fight over ans over , I now see Finnegan as a bully and a coward.a bully because His mouth got his a$$in trouble. And he was just lucky Johnson is a gentleman. Some other player will finish him off. I call him a coward because he turtled like a little girl

LOL! I don't thnk Finnegan will be messing with Johnson again anytime soon, that's for sure.

I was surprised that Finnigan and Johnson were not suspended for any games! I also thought their fines would be at least double then they were,too! I wish those two dumb f*uckers would get suspended! Fining them like $50,000.00 would of been better then $25,000.00.

I wish I had seen this earlier.
Without hesitation I would have guessed at least a week. It was surprising that neither got suspended. Good for Johnson, finnegan was gonna get it eventually. It seems like he's pretty content to be a jerk. LOL would have been nice to watch it a little longer.
