Hi, if you are not happy with IT dont try to stop studying it, complete your study so you have a degree at least. Dont try to change now this is my personal advice first have a degree and then if you dont want to do job in similar field then do other short term courses which you think is better for your and in which you have an interest and then make a career in that field.

Well, that's so bad when you fed up about IT. If you don't like this area, you should chose another one to study dear. We are only successful when we love our field. For me, you must finish this college then find another field to study because you are studying this area so that if you change your field now, you will lose your time and money before. Or you can learn another field right now, I mean you learn IT and another field in the same time if you can handle that. Hope this help you!

I'm sorry to say, you are struck with this Information Technology, it's highly very difficult to change the course of the field.. You will be having a very good and sound knowledge in IT and the programming structures and coding knowledge. Complete your degree and there is a lot of options waiting for you outside. Try to enroll for CAT , GRE , GMAT classes and prepare for them..If u wish to do Business administration , u could take up GMAT test and go abroad and shine in Business field... There are multiple options available, u have to concentrate first and complete your degree and by the side u have to prepare for GRE or GMAT..
