Today is a holiday in our country, but the company of my husband had a planning seminar in a resort and can bring their families with them, and so we went. When i was walking there in the resort at the pool area I slipped and sitted down [em]laugh[em], maybe because my of sandals or the floor is wet. Funny, I feel shame, Does this happens to you before slip and sat down on the floor?

Lots, it happens to many many people. It isn't productive to feel shame over this, maybe it was the floor, maybe your sandals, maybe the way you were walking, it sounds like you had not injured yourself, so you are doing better then a lot of other people that slip on floors and what not. Sincerely and With Appreciation.

I'm sure it was not funny then, but those are really funny things later aren't they? I am glad you are not hurt. I hurt my tail bone falling like that one time. I usually fall down stairs though instead! lol!

Hi macdingolinger, yes some men saw me, they don't laugh but later I'm sure they will especially when telling to anyone. Sometimes funny moments comes in time of clumsiness.

Yes, I also had this kind of thing happen to me. Every time when I encounter this kind of thing, I will help myself up immediately and then pretend nothing happen. If I can, I will also try to change a coat.^-^

Yes, I have had this happen to me before, several times. I think it is because so many women's shoes do not have any traction on the soles. Sometimes I think it is easier to walk in heels than flats, because heels usually have grips of some type (at least on the heel part). It is embarrassing to fall in front of other people! Even worse is when you actually feel like you have hurt yourself (bumped your head, bruised an arm, whatever) but you are so embarrassed that you don't say anything. I hope you weren't hurt! But, no worries, it happens all the time to people!

Hi suzie, thank you for your response it lessens my burden inside. I was not hurt, i just sat down with the plates still in my hands. So no sounds aloud was created but i was seen some of the men [em]shame[em].
