Family life and the royal navy

My husband may be joining the royal navy, we have two kids and im stuck with the choice of either moving to a service family home where i will see my husband more oten but on the down side there is a very high chance of moving alot or do i stay where i am and hardly ever get to see my husband and have my kids hardly ever see their dad. If anyone has any opinions on this or suggestions i would love to hear them.
