is anybody having problem with logiptc toolbar?

i am having trouble with logiptc toolbar does anybody know what is causing my toolbar ?i see my toolbar keep blinking sites available all the time it was ok before but now i am seeing sites available 24 hours while there are no sites .are you experiencing the same or is logiptc turning to scam i have sent them email they did not respond i have no idea may be i am getting close to my payment this is why it is happening like all other ptc sites uhhh
