NetBook Fan noises

Hello myLotters! I'm turning to you for help. My Netbook has recently started to make a lot of noise which I've pinpointed to be the fan. It sounds like it starts to spin a lot and fast for no reason what so ever. I've opened it and cleaned the fan-area of dust and checked so nothing is lose or such. I have also changed the bios setting for the fan to low spinning, but it didn't do any difference for the fan what so ever. Anyone know what to do to make the fan stop making so much noise?
