Is Factoidz still legit?

I have been reading some pretty negative reviews of Factoidz.com most of which has to do with revised rev sharing policies and demoting writers. Now these does not concern me. Not at the moment at least.
I just want to know if they still pay up on time. They owe me around $35. So when can I expect to see the money in my paypal account.
This is my first pay out (been there 3 weeks) so a bit nervous.

It use to be a lot better bacj in March and April and then they switch how you earn on the articles. I was making $9.00 a month and now I amking .20 cents a month. The owner decided to change things around more like Triond and it harders to get the pennies. People are still making money on there but they are working harder for it I think in my opinion. I still like Triond the best and Buskia too and there is Helium and Hub pages to write for. Yes, so far they do pay on time. It usually takes about 3 days to show up in Paypal account. I really do think you will get your payout. you did really well for your first month. Congradualtions.

I wasn't sure if I wanted to join this site, now I think I'll stay away since it's getting a little iffy.
