Problem With My New Received MasterCard Or is it Just PayPal ???

Hello all my lotters, i receieved last couple of days a payoneer MasterCard, i got it through oDesk;com, but i have a problem with it, i suppose.
I logged into my PayPal account intending to Make it verifeid using the MasterCard i received, but here is what PayPal told me in the second step of verifying My account:
" This credit card has been denied by the bankt hat issued your credit card. For details on why your card was denied, please contact your credit card issuer's customer service department. Or, you may want to try adding a different credit card."
Any help will be so much appreciated guys, Thank you all in advance.

You must load your account with fund, because when you used to verify on your paypal, they need a fund to make expuse code, best regards

i think you must contact the support of your payoneer debit card because naturally there was mistakes that normally just the support department can solve also because i don't think is just paypal..normally you can add your debit card without problems.

You have to send a copy or a picture of your ID to Payoneer through email so they could verify it first and then after it has been verified, you can then proceed with registering it on your Paypal account.
