Google adsense questions

Ok I started a blog over a year ago it is about dogs and dog trianing. I published 6 articles got approved for google adsense and I have not done anything with it sense. I have had no clicks and no traffic. This proboply has alot to do with the fact that I havent added any new content in over a year, I cant complain if I havent put any work into it. So I recently started a new blog, one that I find much easier to contribute to with a much broader topic. I would like to add google adsense to this new blog and keep contributing to this blog. My hope is that I may be able to keep adding content and find ways to get traffic to the blog and possibly make some money from adsense. I know that adsense has alot of rules and I do not want to break any rules and get my account suspended. I have looked through the rules and FAQ but cant find any information regarding adsense on multiple blogs. I know when I got adsense the first time I had to submit the blog and they had to decide if I could be approved for adsense. So do I have to reapply with my new blog? Can I put adsense anywhere I want now, providing it dosnt break any rules for content and such?
