Sudden appearance of moles

Hello mylotters, I posted last time that I had an enlarged and movable lymph node on my neck. It's all gone at last. It must have been a virus. So anyway, after a week from check up, I suddenly realized that I have moles where there were no moles before. They suddenly appeared on the soles of my feet. On the left I have 2 big and 13 pinpoint size moles while on the right 1 big, 7 medium, and 2 pinpoint ones. I am so terrified. I hope it's not cancerous. Is it connected with the lymph nodes? I have low WBC count. I hope it's not cancer :(
