Need help on my first day of work as HR-Admin in a call center environment

Hi,
I believe myloters can really help me with this...
I just got lucky and hired as HR-Admin in a call center business. This is not my first time to work as HR-Admin but is my first time in a call center environment.
Any tips from you would be a great help.

Just be pleasant to the employees and applicants and you'll survive the job. I've worked as an agent before and we agents hated those hr admins who're just rude.

Hi,
FIrstly, Congratulation for getting this new job and
wish you have a good day in your new working
environment.
I am not working in HR department before,but I used to be
a customer service officer in call centre. I was there for more than
a year.
Since you are pretty new in this working environment, I guess you need
more guidance from your superior and don't feel shy when you have
any doubt about your work.
Try to approeach your colleagues for more advices.
Slowly learn from them and hope you will have a good day in your
work.

Hi shielalesaca,
I wish you all success in your new venture. I don't have any experience in call centre business so can't offer you any advice in that matter however to be successful in any venture, service or business one has to be honest to his duty, hard working and dedicated. If you follow these aspects you will certainly be successful.
