Is facebook down?

Is it my computer or is facebook really having problems. I was just online in facebook a few hours earlier and right now just when I was about to upload somepics I can't bring up facebook page anymore. Has anyone been experiencing the same?

I'm also having problems uploading pictures but the rest of facebook seems to run just well.
