A few days ago, My boyfriend wanted to buy a wristwatch for me, so that he selected one in a on-line shop of Taobao(a shopping website like Ebuy). The watch was posted to us two days after we paid, however, when we opened the package and adjusted time, we found there are unlikeness between the one and pictures in the on-line shop, and most importantly, it walks about 5 seconds faster per an hour. We negotiated with the supplier to return the watch, but he refused and persisted saying that I have wore and adjust the watch which beyond the agreements acquiesced when i paid. I was furious.
Have you ever experienced such things and how did you deal with it?

Thankfully no. I have been ready to order on line and saw that there was no return and backed out of a deal. My son got screwed one time real bad though. Like two thousand dollars worth of screwed! But you can't do anything about it by the time you realize it!

Yeah, during i negotiated with the supplier about the product's quality problems, she was insolent in her manner and insisted on not returning. I also joined a group composed by the buyers wanting to assert their rights when encountered unfair treatment by the suppliers. But a few of them solved their questions and returned the goods, they often said the reason that it's hard to our customer to safeguard our right is that the webmaster is partial to the merchants.

I am very sorry that you had this bad experience on line. They are not all like that!! But you have to be so careful any more. Actually in person a lot of times they are not much better!

Sorry to hear that! That really does suck!
I have never had a bad experience with online shopping, even though I have bought tons of things online, mostly on Ebay. So not all online shopping experiences are bad!

There may be huge difference between Taobao and Ebay. The good and the bad are intermingled in Taobao, if you want to buy something, you have to open your eyes wide and choose carefully, meanwhile, prepare every questions about the product that may come along, otherwise you might be drove wild by what you received. I'd better buy in real shop since then.
