They have 3 languages there, those being English,French and Seychellois Creole. Have in mind this is an island and has the smallest population out of any country in Africa so the living would be different. What do you plan on working there as? With it being an island, jobs are often isolated or short due to the economy relying heavily on certain industries and favoring locals. The economy is powered by tourism(30%) and agriculture.

I visited the Seychelles in 2004. I went to Mahe Island where the small capital city Victoria is. I also went to beautiful little La Digue lsland. Then I went to lovely Praslin Island. I found it very expensive there. The accommodation was difficult to afford. I don't think that a foreigner could buy a property there. It is an unspoilt paradise that makes an excellent vacation or honeymoon. I don't think that it would be easy to get a work permit in the Seychelles. I have traveled to more than 50 different countries and the Seychelles is on my top five list. The local people can speak English and many of them French. The Seychelles is popular with wealthy European tourists. I flew there on a plane via Kenya because a flight on Air Seychelles would have been so way too expensive.
