in recent, i have just recover from night to daylight work, and because of a long time work at night, but now suddently convert into working at daylight, so have a little time to adapt such change. that's the root cause that i have not enough energy to perform my work, it always presents an inanimate status. hi mylotters, would you tell me how to find a perfect way to change this situation through a bit of time. any good news will really appreciate your sharing, thanks.

I had this problem when i was working nights at an old peoples home, but when i had to pack up work i still had the problem of not being able to sleep, this lasted ages.In the end i went to the drs and they gave me some pills i took three nights pills and then i got back into a healthy normal routine.
