I would like to open a discussion regarding the judicial system in our country. In our country, lots of cases take more than 10 years for a case to close or be solved...I think that our judicial system is truly dysfunctional- only the rich can have a speedy trial, while the poor (even innocent people) are punished. justice only comes to those who pay...What do you think, what are the solutions to this problem? can this still be solved?

hi,it is there in majority of countries even in our country,India, because of more population and less number of courts.Recently Govt. has established some Fast track courts to over come the delay.

Thanks Baluyadav, I guess in other progressive countries it may also happened. What more in third world countries where majority are poor. There is a saying justice delayed is justice denied.Well its good for your country at least they are doing something. In ours maybe they have done also to overcome this delay, I just hope so..Happy mylotting....
