joining traffic exchange site under referral link

does joining traffic exchange site under someones referral link can cause me to get less exchange credit just because some of my earned credits will be assigned to my upline.
can anybody explain me.

Become someones downline in any type of site like gpt or traffic-exchange never cause downline members,there is little percentage or share of benefit gets your upline but downline members dosen't get any type of lose they get 100% of their work.

I think, no because what ever the rate that would be the credits that is really for you and regarding for the credits of your upline would be an additional privilege for the upline.
