Bloody snow!!!

Oh! Well! That's easy! Its because of Global warming. Global warming is melting and breaking up the arctic ice, and the broken pieces (Ice Burgs) floating past Britain, cool the clouds and cause ice crystals in the air which fall on Britain and bring havoc to the Streets. This in turn upsets the population when their cars get fender-benders, or slide off the road etc. Get a hold of yourself- because this problem is not going away anytime soon. Are you aware that there is a petrified rain forest just a bit south of the North Pole? Its a fact and a thousand years from now scientists digging down deep in the snow and ice( where Britain used to be) will come upon petrified cars still frozen to the icy streets of Old London Town!
