You need to verify your account for paypal to ascertain that you are not a fictitious person and that you are not engaged in money laundering. If you don't have a credit card, I believe paypal allows you to verify it using any visa/mastercard related cards so a debit card in that line is acceptable.

A debit card is just like a prepaid "credit" card, its just a savings account ATM card that is connected with Visa or Mastercard. Even a student can get one. It earns interest but usually has an annual fee like a credit card. If you can get a savings account, you can get a debit card. Just make sure its either Visa or Mastercard to be accepted by paypal. You can probably get it from any bank nowadays, if you can get it from your current bank. It is easier to get than a credit card because you can only use it up to the amount of your deposit. The bank wouldn't have to check your credit history.

I would like to tell you that you can not transfer your money from your alertpay account to your bank account through bank wire as it is not available for india and to get your money you need to have a credit card. And paypal is better than alertpay but to use best of your services you should add a credit card then they won't limit your account again. Happy mylotting. Regards, harry.

i think the paypal is better. you know, every payment way has its advantage to some degree.so it depends on where you are using. you know, some payment way may not support your local area. befor using them, you should first contacting with the service. so you can have a better understanding of these using methds. what should you have to start an account and when you choose to buy something, you needs to learn the steps. In their website, you need to learn about all the attentio points. you know, nowaday, paypal is wide used by many websites to make business deal. so read the instructions.

Paypal is the best so far.It was the first online money banking system to support india.Even now, some people say only paypal is available for Indians and alertpay not applicable. You can link your debit card to paypal. It should be internationally applicalble debit card..Yes you can send money to your indian bank. For that,it is not necessary to link your debit card unless you want to raise off your limits

Some banks like IOB give their debits cards which is internationally accepted by defalt.ALso most of private banks like icici, axis, hdfc give you internationally accepted debit card by default. You can also check out in their websites about this.In some banks, they ask youa little extra charge for giving you debits cards which is internationally accepted. In case of governmental banks-I know for sure IOB gives you internationally accepted debit card and its free.

I have a Paypal account and it's the best way to send and receive payments. To verify your Paypal account why don't you get a virtual or prepaid credit card.I thing Paypal has lower fees the Alertpay.

Hi, I only have paypal account and I never come across the word of ALERtPAY. I only know about alert pay from your post here. Is it same like paypal too? frankly speaking, I am not that familiar on how paypal work, i know that we can withdraw out the amount from paypal account to our bank account ,credit card account and we can even use it for online shopping. But i never try any of these method before. But one day..i sure will withdraw out my paypal account amount once I have reached my target amount. As for your enquiry about transferring the paypal amount to your indian bank account, you would like to clarify directly with paypal admin for this issue. Hope it works!!

I'd have to say PayPal, I've been using PayPal for a long time now and I've seen that it works fine, even if there are some fees, it's good, and more sites accept PayPal than AlertPay.

It is required to choose both also if you are earning money online. But my best choice is paypal, because they're more like, comfortable to use.

I have not a paypal account yet as i am new to here, but i will suggest you of staying with paypal account. My friends have been using it for long time and they did not get a problem. Yes, there is problem without adding credit card to it, but even it is better than alterpay.
