What make your cooking special?

Lately, i just thinking about my cooking and my recipe, what make it special. I guess, because of the mix ingredient and the mix taste is been blend together such as sweet, sour, hot and salty. I love my cooking anyway and always special to me.

Hi freezole! For me, what makes my cooking special is that I seldom cook! Lol! Therefore whenever I have time to cook, I make it a point that what I cook is the favorite of the one who will eat it! Cheers!

It is good that you enjoy your cooking and enjoy doing it. I guess what makes my cooking special is that I am willing to take risks and try new things. I also have a good pallet and good knowledge of what goes well with each other. I know what spices compliment certain things. I am always perfecting my cooking. I enjoy cooking as well.
