Textbroker Fax Number

I have been trying to fax my W-9 into textbroker and a young man keeps answering. After the first couple of times, I emailed textbroker about it, and was told the number is a dedicated fax line. After receiving the email a few days ago, I decided to try again, since it is the start of the month. Again, a young man answered and told me it wasn't a fax line when I told him I'd been trying to send a fax. Anybody know why this is? I have double and triple checked the number on the site before hitting the send button. I've even brought my computer down to the fax machine so I can read it off the screen for farther clarification, this in addition to reading it off a a notecard I wrote the number and address on. If you know of why this is, please help. Thank you.
