How are the Dallas Cowboys having so many problems.

How come it seems like America's team can't dominate like it use to. The Dallas Cowboys have lost their swagger. They are one of the most talented teams in the league. Is it the Coach, the Owner, The Players or are times just changing?

The defense is weak this year and was not coached well early on. The main quarterback being out injured has not helped. Firing the coach, Wade Phillips, has seemed to have helped. With Romo they might have won against the Saints but maybe not.
