For who or what would you die/kill for?

Have you ever thought about this?
I hear it many times, many people say that they love their family so much that they would sacrifice themselves for them. I have thought many times about this, and I think I would never be so courageous to jump in front of a bullet or to put myself in serious danger for anybody. Or I don't know. It is such a difficult question to answer, but I have thought about it many times.
As for killing, I would do it for my family and my nation, but I am not so sure that I would be able to really exterminate somebody.
So how about you? Would you die/kill for somebody or something?

According to this question,I would rather saying that I want to live for someone instead of die for some in the past time, but now ,I have a new thought .I think everone has its own reason of existing in this world until his time out. everyone should considering how to have a meaningful and culourful live ,keep healthy and be happy.

You have said what i want to say. There are so many people we should live for, our family, our friend... when i am young, i ask someone why we live in this world, now i know the answer.

I couldn't agree more with you. I think living for someone is the best thing in this world. You are living for someone because of love. It is love because it's hell living in this world.

Yes, but would you kill for somebody you care for? or to keep yourself alive?

Yes, but if the only solution to keep your own life or your family member's life is to kill somebody, wouldn't you do it? If you were attacked by somebody? Would you let him to kill you?

Yes! I would die/kill for my husband and my kids...they are my life and without them, I don't think I could go on. NO, I KNOW I couldn't go on. Now If I saw a little old woman or child or anyone for that matter in harms way, I would die or do what I have to do to make sure they are safe. That's just my nature. As far as my family is concerned, there isn't even any if ans or butts about it. My life is theirs...I live for them!

It is very natural to feel like this. I think I would do the same, I would take somebody's life if he would attack me or my family. But hope not to be in that position ever.

Now, that you ask that I'm thinking how coward i am. i mean, I just realize now that I can never kill someone for someone, I can never put myself on danger for someone even for my loved one. i don't know. Right now, I am afraid to die. I have so many things to do in my life.

Yes, you are right, I don't know this either. But I think I would be able to kill to protect myself or a family member. Or even a person from the same nationality as I am, if he would be attacked because of his nationality. I think I would hit the attacker with all my power and with anything that is in handy in that particular moment. And to be sure that I have escaped from the attacker I would finish the job. But hope not to be in that position ever in my life.
