Do U drink Natural Herbal to maintain your health?

Here in Indonesia The Natural herbal Drink is called with 'Jamu'.
it made by some great herbal like ginger and others to help u to maintain your health. i drink it everyday to help me stay fit. do u do the same way? do u consider to drink it everyday?

hi ifa I am not Indonesian but I am American and I drink good old orange juice every morning for breakfast and I have not had cold one. I also drink coffee as its been p roven by studies that older women who drink three to four cups of coffee each day have 80 percent less chance of getting Alzheimer disease or becoming senile. I am keen minded and want to stay that way.I also take a multivitamin with minerals each morning and it keeps me healthy.

Indonesian jamu is widely available here where we live. It's cheap and is equally good. I love the wide variety it offers, from slimming to insomnia and just about anything. Good things do come in cheap. And that's great!
