It goes without saying that job-hopping is becoming more and more common all around the world.Dissatisfied with their present job,people,especially young people,are tempted to change their jobs frequently,seeking higher salaries or more promising position. Nevertheless,there are also a great many people who prefer to stay in their old jobs.It is partly because they don't want to spend much time training for a new job,especially when they already have a good job.What's more,it pains to adapt to a new working environment. I reckon it is a good thing for a person to change jobs once in a way.However,if changing jobs too often,he or she will miss a lot of opportunities and cause losses to the employing units which will bring them ill fame.
