need help with lenses

i am looking for some guidance on buying some new lenses... i have a T1i that i bought last year and think its finally time to upgrade from the standard. i know enough about cameras... just absolutely nothing when it comes to buying the lens. i was looking into buying a good macro, telephoto, and maybe a decent midrange lens.any help would be appriciated. thanks!!

hi earl I would find one of your friends who is v ery knowledgeable about
