How can I do to make our relationship better?

I entered a company which has just one employee before.and I was very modest for I was just a newer and I have to learn many issues.while she was very lazy,every work day she woke up after 11 in the morning,and what more,she was always saying that she was very talent and it is waste for her to do some insignificant affair.I was a little hate her now,but I can't speak out.how can I do now?
