So I have recently started to venture back out into the world of trying to earn money online. I am trying to figure out what topics or genres of topic will generate the most views therfor the most income. I have a link to my blogs in my profile. The one about dog trianing although it has lots of useful information, I can not keep any interest to keeping writing on the topic so over a year ago I quit.
The new one I have so many ideas for and it is a very broad topic so I am hoping it will be able to keep my interest. It is about almost anything for family's. Sales, deals, how to reuse things, places to make money online, craft idea...and I really have so many topics in my head to keep it going so I am excited about that. The problem is I know those are not topics everyone is searching all the time, and becuase it's so broad it will be hard to get repeat views...do you think thats true?
I also am really into all the celebrity gossip stuff, and I think it will be easier to get views with that type of blog, so I am thinking about starting one of those and adding adsense to both of my blogs.
I am also writing in triond, and then submitting to bukisa. I am trying to link my articles back to my blogs hoping to draw traffic. Also submiting to ping-o-matic, and feedburner to draw in traffic to the blog. I will do this with the celebrity gossip blog when i get it up and running and some content. I havent started trying to promote the articles I am writing...mainly becuase I am starting to get overwhelmed.
So my question is what topics do you think will be the most succesful? I would like to put more effort on the more succesful one for now, at least until I am not so overwhelmed. Any ideas of suggestions from bloggers, online writers anyone would be awsome! Thanks

All your idseas are actually ones that can generate a lot of page views (especially if they are laced with good keywords. But unformtunately all of them are very popular topics. And while you can generate good page views on personal finance and business ideas right from the start, celebrity gossip usually brings in views afetr a while once your website/blog is established. There are so many celebrity gossip sites out there that I'm not sure if you would be able to get through. Though obviously it's always good to stay positive.

I was thinking of also focusing on TV shows reviews and episode recaps. Shows like Glee, One Tree Hill, 90210, Make it or Break It, Secret Life of the American teenage, Teen Mom, 16 and Pregnant all those teen/drama shows. Hoping maybe that would draw in a more specific group of people and maybe get people to subscribe for all the info and updates on thier favorite shows.

On my 4 All Families blog that can be found in my profile, I will be having recipe articles, as well as health issues and maybe relationship not sure. However I could write about all of those in triond articles! Thanks for all the suggestions :)

Truly the most successful will be the one's your passionate about. Writing about that little extra bit that drive's the author makes the good ones great.
As for writing online, you can make almost any topic profitable with proper linking and SEO.
Sounds like you got a good grasp on what to do with your articles and blogs. Just make sure to take a little extra bit of time on keyword research. If your going to be writing a lot about one field and can/will be able to cross link then focus on some long tail keywords.

Where would I find good information on keywords that would work and be profitable and the best way to use them? What are long tail keywords?
I do try to repeat the importand words in an article. For instance if it is about daily deal sites I will use that in the title, throughout the body numerous times, and in the tags. I will also tag it with things like, daily deals, deals, daily sales, where can i find daily deals.
i dont know it that is what I am suppose to do, or if it will help but i try to think of what I would search if I was looking for that article. Thanks :)

Articles that generate the most views are about traffic, making money and television. Topics don't just generate view all by them self's you have to put in some work to promote them. Don't give up because if you do it will only get harder to come back.

I do not want to be another person who writes about getting traffic and making money online. I am happy to share what I know and all that, but I just dont have the passion to write about it, so I would fizzle out quick and end up making no money at all.
I have given up once and I was even getting somewhere with writing for Helium. This time I am determined to give it a real shot. Maybe even set a goal of 1 year or something for myself, and after that time reavaluate if what I am doing it working. If things are starting to happen then I will keep going, but if things are still the same then I will refocus and try something else. Thanks :)

usually, the unique ones. in my view, topic doesn't necesarrily matter. important thing is that you make a new article with a subject no one wrote about yet, or at least no one did on that site. it's obvious that if there are various articles, on the same topic, viewers divide between all of them, whereas if you're the only one with that topic, all viewers come to you.
try finding great news, that you think it will really attract the crowd, before anyone else does it.. just like a real magazine article!
