Is anyone else stressed to the point of panic about Christmas?

In 23 days my kids will wake up expecting that Santa will have visited. Only we are so close to eviction I can't possibly do the Christmas thing. It's horrible, but a roof has to come before Santa. The problem is my children are so little and believe in the magic of Santa. I have been so sick over this, panic attacks, headaches, and stomach pains. I know that the real meaning of Christmas has nothing to do with things, and if my kids didn't believe in Santa it would be so much easier to explain things to them. I can't be the only one going through this. How do you manage the stress of the season without suffering a nervous breakdown?
