What do you guys think about Leonardo DiCaprio playing a role in something other than an angsty, war, epic, dark, heist movie that he dies in? I don't know, a completely different style like some hardcore comedy or light romantic movie. I love what he has been doing so far, but I just think that a change would be interesting and amusing to say the least... I am sure some of you are thinking that this would be a disaster, but you never know. I think he could pull off what ever he's in. If you don't agree, it is funny to think about anyway right? Imagine Leo instead of Patrick Dempsey in Made of Honor... okay that's a little awkward... never mind. Tell me your thoughts or other disasters that could ensue!

I think it's funny that he's known so much for dying in his films. But, I think something a little lighter could be interesting. I think he's a good actor, so the change could be something good. I wouldn't want him to be in anything too silly, but that's because I don't like goofy stuff. But something where he makes it to the end of the movie alive and sane and happy that leaves the audience with a good feeling, or a smart comedy could be a nice change of pace.

I believe he is so talented that he could probably pull it off. Also he is quite handsome so it should interesting to see for the first time.

Personally, I'm not a fan of chick flicks, so I'd rather he keep doing what he's doing! I haven't always been DiCaprio's biggest fan, and while sometimes I think his acting isn't up to snuff, especially when he has to pull of accents, I do think he picks good and interesting scripts. I think he's played some pretty varied roles too. Just because he usually sticks to dramas doesn't mean all the parts he does are the same. Plus, Titanic is pretty chick-flicky.
