I would definitely go to bed earlier than usual, because it is cold outside, and I felt cold inside too. It is a good idea to lay on bed and feel the warm of my blanket. We human beings just like animal too, during the winter time, we tend to hibernate, which mean sleep more than usual. What about you?

Yeah, changing weather conditions certainly have a lot of influence on the things we do, and the way we do. I usually get back home from work fairly late in the evening. Usually, if the weather was good of course, I would just relax in the family room and watch TV or listen to muisc CDs. If the weather was freezing, I would just have a cup of hot coffee and go straight to bed.

Yea definitely. I would not miss such a good weather for a good sleep. The rainy season has arrived and thus, the weather is becoming cold. I have my beloved quilt with me and it warms me up and I can sleep soundly till the next day.

I can't say i sleep earlier but i tend to sleep for longer duration. There is a tendency to pull the blanket and curl up longer early in the morning. It is more difficult to rise early in the morning and exercise or do our household chores. But the cold also makes want to visit the bathroom early in the morning.

If it feels great, i'd go to bed earlier than usual cuz there are times when it's just really hard to sleep.
