the meaning of Bandung

Hi Ifa!. I life in Bandung but I never know if thats was the meaning behind the name. I fond its quite true its a big city and really great especially the people. I am not a native of Bandung but this city already made my falling in love. I think I will spend the rest of my life here. Nothing not to like the weather was nice, the food amazing and its really comfort place to stay.

What I know about Bandung is that it a drink made up of milk and rose syrup and it tastes great. It is widely used by the indonesian and the malay community in singapore and is a preferred choice of deink over sweet drinks. I personally have been drinking bandung ever since i was a child. Bandung is just the asian version of "rose milk" i guess. I also understand that Bandung is a place in Indonesia, although I've never been there before, i plan to go there for a holiday sometime next year.
