I'm on my early 20's..I'm a registered nurse. I'm single as of the present and I'm focus on my career at this point of my life..but my concern is that I'm still quite confused about what I want to do and what i love doing best..I'm not sure if what I'm doing now is really what i want to do for the rest of my life..I still couldn't figure out what I really wanna do in this life..Is it normal to feel this way and have thoughts like this?? I need to hear your opinions..I just want to have a fix thought about this matter..thank you..

When i was your age i went through the same thing, so i guess it's just a phase that we have to go through in life. In my case I was sheltered when i was a kid and my parents and my siblings decided for me in every thing that I have to do. So deciding for my life was a little difficult. It was only when I was 26 and got married that I found my real objective. But even then my family was still there to back me up and helped me decide. So I decided to move away from family. So I think you'll get over and you'll be able to find out soon what to do with your life!

thanks toniganzon..:) Yeah maybe this is just a phase that i need to go through.. in some point..i would possibly find answers in a different perspective as well..or like even some little changes in my life might just give me answers to my questions. but then again..it would never be to hard if i go through it with prayers.. thanks

Hello CindyTubio! It's normal for a person to think and feel that way,i believed most of us had thoughts just like yours so you are not alone. I would advise you to pray it over my friend. Ask God for guidance,i've always been doing this and it really works! He will answer you maybe in dreams or in other ways you never expected, you'll just realized He answered you already! I onced asked Him a question and He answered it in my dreams! I cried when i woke up because I never expected He would give me the answer that very night. Since then i feel no worries. I'm sure it'll work for you too CindyTubio! Ask Him tonight and you will be guided.

List down all the things in life you enjoy doing the most and from them choose the one best suited for earning your livelihood and which can afford you the kind of lifestyle you would like to enjoy. I don't think you have much to worry since you are still young and you have ample time to realize your dreams going forward, but I'd rather you do not postpone for tomorrow what you can do today. Here's wishing you a very bright future ahead!

That was pretty much a great idea..thanks for that advise..i would certainly apply it.. :) yeah what you're saying is true. i do have a lot of time to realize them but inspite that i wouldn't want to postpone what i could possibly do now for my future.. thanks for that insight.. :) Thank you so much.. god bless

me too im a registered nurse and i dont like my job.. i want to work in a callcenter. ive been working in hospital and in dole program but its so exhaustig and not compensated with the salary. license and security always at risk one false move and the colleagues have their eyes on you. theyre make fuss at times and cause alot of pressure and stress. i feel degraded with my profession.

i do agree that all we do now is never gonna be compensated with the efforts we make.. but im not even into that..you even had greater opportunities than what i had..but that's not whats actually bothering me as well..because i just believe that everything i worked for now would have something positive in the future..whatever it may be.. i just offer my services and maybe it would pay off something more greater than i even expected..i just really have to be positive about it..but in the other hand im still quite not sure if this is really what i love best..but just for future sake i have positive thoughts about it...but in your case, you said you want to work in a call center instead...have you really tried working in a call center already? why dont you try it out so you would also know how it feels like..but for my opinion, working in a call canter is not more future base..its not for a long term plan.. but it would still matter on your choice..good luck as well.. :)

I can relate to your situation because we're just in the same age. anyways, for me, what you are feeling right know is normal. In our age, we tend to be confuse of what are we really gonna do. we are in the stage of confusion. we keep on thinking if we are ready to face the career mode in our life or stay happy-go-lucky as we are from the past years. Well, just think about it. Give yourself time to think it properly. know yourself more. I know you will overcome this stage.

If you're still thinking about is this really what I want to be doing thought, it's probably not what you want. I think a job that you are really going to enjoy will be one where there is no question of "is this what I really want to be doing"

That was quite enough, it was somehow straight to the point..but i just can't easily say that this is not what i want as well..i do have different perspective about it, i have beliefs and i have faith and that maybe these are part of God's plan for me as well..sometimes i love what im doing, sometimes i feel like i dont as well.. so feeling this way is much complicated as you imagine. i dont want to just put a period about it.. i guess i just have to let time help me out on answering this questions..:) but thanks though.. you somehow gave me a point..

Yes it is normal to feel that way. That is the exact same reason why I do online money making. So that when I earn a huge income I may quit from my work and just establish my own business and just do what I want to do. A day job really drains your life out.

yeah..that's quite a great idea..but then in cases like this, it would also matter on our own interests and what we love doing..and i get your perspective about it, i got the thought of it..maybe i just need to figure out what i need to or what i am cable of doing in some other things..thanks for the idea..

Hi Cindy... I can relate to your situation.. I am also in my 20's and also a registered nurse.. for me, I haven't practice yet.. I still enjoy my life and try to think and plan for my career.. Well, I think what you are feeling right now is normal. I also felt that. There are just things in life that we need to give time to think. you need to recognize the things that you really love doing. for that's the only way to be contented in life. Just see things in a more positive way.
