I have been looking at a lot of different ways to make money online for the past couple of years. I am not good at getting referrals and I am not much of a writer when it comes to grammar. but I would like to do something to supplement my income so I can stay home and take care of my kids but I need some help. I also need something that will allow me to make money with proof. I hope someone has some suggestions. I am a paralegal but I will not subject my self to a UPL with prepaid legal.

If you are truly interested in creating wealth for yourself (as opposed to just making small amounts of money)without spending a dime out of pocket, send me a friend request and I will be more than happy to help you out.
Kindest regards,
Dave

Try looking up quicktate they are a company that I do transcription for and they always have work available and pay twice a month. Also there are some other really cool links on my profile page if you want to check it out. There are some survey sites, typing sites and even a tea site that you can be a rep for from home.

Hi dear,
First of all you may think that you won’t have much referrals. Initially, make a list of all your close friends. The list must have contains about 5-7 people. Personally talk about myLot. Also, slightly expand the list to 10-15 with your regular or irregular contacting people. Still expand the list by writing their names. Also, you can fiend few people from near family and some more people from your expanded family members. Note them also.
Slightly turn to your neighbour, office colleagues, school/college friends etc. So you may have atleast members of 40-50 and send your registered link to all of them with a introductory mail to them and ask all to spend some time with myLot. You can estimate that 50% of them will register. out of which another 50% will work for some time. Again, think that a few will continue with myLot. It can be just 10%. If you got 5 members in regular, you can make a good link with them. Preparing the list is the important thing and think and think and note down all persons name.
If they are not regular, be in touch with them and promote them with your own way of dealing. Sometimes, it will work out. Also, try the way how you prefer to continue.
Being an American, I can't believe that you are not well with grammar. I think you should learn grammar and become so good in English. All the best,
Thank-s

I know you said you aren't that good when it comes to grammar, so I have this tip for you: Join Triond and only write recipes(Thats all I basically do!), you can even use the ones from family cook books(also what I do!).
I've written about 250 recipes so far, and am now getting a cool 40-50 dollars a month(every month, even when I don't write anymore, because those articles keep making money all the time).
I am pretty sure you could even write recipes from other places(putting your source in place) and by writing some sort of comments and such about it...
I know some people on Triond who make hundreds a month, and English isn't their first language :D

If you enjoy writing, there are a number of programs on the internet for writing articles, short stories, reviews, commentaries, and so on. Writing has been my hobby since my high school years, and is still is. One of the sites, I have been keeping busy with is "Review Stream". There, you can write brief reviews on a variety of topics, things you come across in your day-to-day activities, shopping, movies, restaurants, hotel, travel, and so on, and get paid when the review submitted is accepted.

Actually, you don't need to be professional to get paid by writing. English is only my second language and if I can still get paid from Helium, I believe you should be able to do so. After all, English is your first language!
Yet, if you really hate writing, I do have another suggestion to you: Cloud Crowd. (You may find a direct link in my website in my profile. Take a look if you are interested.)
Cloud Crowd is a facebook application that pays you to do some short task. Unlike many freelance sites, you don't need to bid for a job. You can simply join for free and start working right after that.
The best thing about Cloud Crowd is that they pay you every business day with no minimum payout amount. This means not only you don't need to wait for payment, but also you don't need to worry if this is a scam site - you will simply get your own payment the day after you join.
If you would like to get more information of this site, you may take a look at the following article:
http://e583ca79.urlpulse.net/
Yet, I think Cloud Crowd is doing quite well in explaining themselves. You should be able to start earning even without reading the above article.

You can try hubpages and triond even if you're not too good in writing articles or you can try a data entry job. If you like you can visit my profile for the details.

You mention that youre not good at referrals, but I think its the best way to make money while at home. The best way is to spam your referral link to every email address, socila networking site, and forum you know and access. Id recommend being a bit discrete on forums as they may have policies against this. However, ebay is also a good source and you can get a lot of people signing up to your referral links. You may get banned from ebay though so be aware. Good luck, and I hope somebody gives you a different answer that could be useful to me as well!
