How to figure out if the man is sincere to love?

I don't know guys but I feel like I can't feel real or true love anymore! Or whatever it is! I think I am numb, LOL! Well, every time I encounter a man that says "You're beautiful", "I am blessed to have found you", "How are you today? How's your breakfast?" etc. etc.. Well anything that's flaterring to the heart, I feel like it's just a game or he doesn't even mean it! Like I think those lines are already obsolete, hehe! Seriously, I think nowadays, true love is very rare to find. To be direct, in what way you could tell that a man is into you? I know that the heart will tell but hello! What if you're just dreaming that it's real where in fact he's just playing! Duhh, I just want to know another umm shall I say a realistic response! (:
