Best tips on how to lose body fat

The main thing that you have to do when you want to lose body fat is to decrease your calorie intake. This doesn't mean that you have to stay hungry and even doesn't mean that you have to forget for every delicious food that you like. You just have to reduce the junk food that you eat and to construct a healthy diet. These are some of the key steps to the body of your dreams. 1.Start training with weights. Three times a week for about 40 minutes of proper trainig is enough. This will hape you keep your muscle mass and reduce your bodyfat. 2. Encrease your protein intake (meat, eggs, fish, dairy products etc) and be carefull with the amount of fats and carbohydrates that you take. Eat carbohydrates (oats, rise potatoes) in the first half of the day. 3. Eat at least 5 times a day. This will increase your metabolism and you will burn your fat faster and easier. 4. Do some cardio excercises or just go for a walk whenever you can. 5. Don't lose more than a 1 kilogram /2 pounds per week! If you lose more than 1 kilogram per week, you will start to burn your muscle mass and your metabolism will get slower. This is very important - so make it right 6. Drink a lot of water. This is also very important for your metabolism. If you are dehydrated, it will be dificult to lose weight properly. 7. Get rid of all carbonated drinks, sodas etc. There are lots of drinks without shugar on the market. 8. Eat a lot of vegetables. They will protect you from high insuline levels when you eat carbohydrates and will keep your stomach full and you wont feel hungry. 9. Have a "cheat" meal once or twice a week. This will refresh you mentally and will give strenght to continue folowing your diet. If you want to eat something sweet, the best moment is after your weight traning. The sugar will fill your tired muscles with glycogen instead of turning in to fat. 10. Measure your weight once a week to watch your progress. I do the al veggies for 3 days! But NO LONGER than that, then it is un healthy. You eat nothing for 3 day but fresh veggies and drink water ONLY!and you can lose up to 15 lbs, but the key to keeping this weight off that most don't abide by is how to coxe yourself back eating normal with out gorging out and then ..... the weight is back. So take it slow and plan light and healthy!

Losing weight by noeating is a disaster! Your body feels the starvation and your metabolism is getting very very slow, and after you start to eat normally you will gain even more fat! You cannot eat only veggies. Your body needs protein, carbohydrats, even fat to run properly. So you just have to eat well balanced food and everything will be ok

Acutally this 3 day veggie diet has been approved by my doctor and diet coach. It also is a body detox for 3 days aswell. you do not gain the weight back or more if you bring in on the 4th day a new balanced diet of fish and poulrty with 1 side dish of mixed rice and steamed veggies. and these portions are mesured, there for you shed the weight detox the body itroduce a new diet eating plan and keep the weight off as well as light exercise like yoga to stretch and tone.

I agree that this veggie diet will help you to detox your body but I dont think you should do it very often - not more than 4-5 cycles of 3 day diet in one year. Detoxing your body is a good thing but three days on veggies is a pure starvation for your body. Thank you for commenting.

Those were nice tips to burn out chunks of fat upon proper diet and work outs.Nice protein intake and regular exercise would make a lot of difference.

This is true. I have lost 16 kilograms for 10 months, whithout feeling hungry and without rejecting completely some of my favourite meals like icecream and pizza. At one point you just get used to eat properly and the results you see in the mirror give you strenght to continue your tranings and diet.
