When sharing a link on FB do you use the "share" button if the site provides one

I find myself really like sites that offer a "share" button, particularly for Facebook. As most sites have nice link summary's already provided when pressing the button.
Reading around the web, the share buttons seem more prevalent. Bloggers discussing the topic also seem to recommending adding them to your blog/site.
What about you, you like easy share buttons, or are they a nuisance?

I especially like the share button in facebook as I use in microworkers and a very easy way to earn form microworkers this way.

Of course especially since I figured out how to use them, LOL. I like that I can post up a link here on my profile like you showed me and that I can add it to my facebook page. This way there is a chance for me to get more people referred to my site and the links are cool too.
