Honestly in my opinion I think the statement is true but not always applicable to everybody guess it is more applicable to some corrupt politicians and government officials.

@louievill -Yes you are very right!!! Without much concentrating on the poor people, they conquer money and things from us for they sake... which is total unfairness!!!
