What is wiki leaks?

recently the print media is coming up with new government secrets almost everyday from wiki leaks.I am not so sure what this wiki leaks is all about and how are they obtaining such top secrets of Governments?Is it fair and ethical to make public such secrets?Can you throw some light on this topic.

Wiki Leaks is a website that was put together by people to allow people to disclose confidential information they think important to share in anonymity . They get information from people who are said to be very confidential and decide that it should be made public . Whoever came in possession of the original data , gave an oath to keep it confidential , so did something which was illegal .
