breakfast,oatmeal,toast,nutritious

I often have oatmeal and toast for breakfast,it's delicious,eating a wholesome breakfast is a great way to jump start a new day.what about you,what do you eat for breakfast,both nutrition and cheap is best.

HI, I seldom have toast bread for my breakfast. Most of the time, I will make some sandwiches or bread jam or noodles or steam pao for my breakfast with a cup of hot tea or a bowl of barley soup. It is very healthy breakfast and I hardly dine out for my breakfast. I do believe homemade breakfast is more healthier than those dine out. Once a while, I will eat oatmeal for my breakfast.

I don't care for oatmeal, but I try to eat it now and then because it's good for us. Toast is one of my favorite breakfast foods. I sometimes eat it with a little cream cheese. I like eggs for breakfast now, but never used to eat them much.

My favourite nutritious breakfast is oatmeal. I have a whole grain with flax and bran oatmeal with pecans and dried fruit. Its yummy and very goood for you.

For breakfast? I usually eat oatmeal, with some hard boiled eggs (2 to 3 with yolks taken out), a glass of soy milke and a banana. And Maybe some peanut butter.
