does shopping puts awy your stress?

Shopping makes me happy!

Yes I really believe in this one because I have experienced being stressed out and I have nothing to do at home so I shopped for new clothes. Its a really expensive treatment but you can see the effects and its worth it. Plus you get to exercise a lot because of walking which is good for our everyday work.

Actually I am a girl and shopping stresses me out! I kind of shop like a guy. make a list, buy what I need and get out! I do not like trying on clothes, but I do because I hate having to exchange something worse than I like shopping for it! lol!
