3 days diet helps me to be fit..

my mom told me about the 3days diet and she wanted to try it.. i told her its ok to try but she need to include me. hehe.. its effective i assure you.. with the helps of the menu guide.. i lose 5lbs in 3days.. dont lose hope theres always a way..

I don't really believe in these types of diets, so this is not for me. I am glad you lost weight though, since it seems that's what you wanted to do. Just make sure you keep it off too! :)

Unfortunately, most of your weight loss is likely to be water loss with this diet. Here is a description of it, with a warning (along with descriptions of many other 'fad' diets: http://www.everydiet.org/diet/3-day-diet What this page omits to mention is that you also have to restrict yourself to four cups of water a day (about half the usual recommendation). The diet makes no mention of exercise but the only way that any diet can really work to reduce fat is by recommending an exercise program which burns more calories than you are eating. The Three Day Diet may work in the short term - it is short enough that almost anyone ought to be able to follow it - but in the long term (with a recommended return to 'normal diet' of 4 - 5 days in between each 3 day session) it is likely to lead to weight swings with no real long term benefit.
