sleep:
stage one normal nap.
stage two deep sleep.
another stage dreaming in sleep.
while dreaming we experience all the emotions. sometimes feel good sometimes bad.
too bad some people even get heart attacks. is dreaming responsible for health hazards too. how to dream good.

dream is the usual thing that happens in our day to day life. there are two types of dreams. one is you can remember as what happened in the dream after you wake up also and the other is you forget it completely as soon as you wake up.
a medical survey says that dream occurs due to lack of sleep..
so in order to have a calm and peaceful sleep dont think of dreaming in sleep,,,
if the dream is good then its happy or else its a problem

Everyone who gets a full sleep-cycle dreams. Not everyone remembers their dreams when they wake up, but every healthy person who sleeps DOES dream. Dreaming is not a disorder of any kind, it's something completely natural that all of us experience. Why? Nobody actually knows for sure. To what purpose? Once again, nobody really knows for sure. It's one of life's mysteries that we have yet to fully explain.
I think dreaming on a whole is not the least bit dangerous. Dreaming is not responsible for any health hazards. Dreams can range from being dull and boring to wild and imaginative. Just ask multiple people what they dream about. Some of the answers may surprise you.
I dream about things like doing homework, going on epic quests to save the world, turning into a mermaid, watching a lake full of unicorns running around in circles trying to open portals between worlds, walking the neighborhood with my sister, or fighting off a zombie apocalypse. I think one of the major influences on my dreams is the fact that I read a lot and I tend to read loads of high fantasy novels (If you don't know what a high fantasy novel is, then think Lord of the Rings and Chronicles of Narnia. It's a fantasy that takes place in a made-up world.). I still have normal and boring dreams, but I also have loads of these vivid and fantastical dreams. And I LOVE them!
