Cookies for Christmas

If you knew someone was going to give you cookies for Christmas, what kind would you want? My mother-in-law and my daughter are making Christmas cookies today and it made me think of what my favorite would be. I have a lot that I like but my favorite would have to be the chocolate cherry ones that a friend gave me a recipe for. I love them!!

I'm not sure that I would choose cookies.
We got a platter of sweet from a friend a few years back and it was filed with all kinds of bars...chocolate and others.
I was delicious.
I am a chocolate fan.....so anything chocolate would be fine with me.

I bet that one is good. It reminds me of the year that mom made thumbprint cookies, rolled in chopped nuts with a maraschino cherry in the middle. I love all kinds of cookies. I love bar cookies and things with nuts especially. I need to get some made up for caroling at the church. I could fill my freezer and have great cookies all year long. Every year I seem to get a few more great recipes.

The chocolate cherry ones are excellent! I enjoy many kinds of cookies as well.

My favorites are chocolate covered snow balls (a family recipe), sugar cookies and chocolate chip. If you could please add me and PM me the recipe for chocolate cherry cookies I would appreciate it. I will pass on my chocolate covered snowball cookies.
